Halloween Games For Kids

Here are some fun and easy Halloween games for kids that will keep them entertained during a Halloween party or celebration:

  1. Pumpkin Bowling

  • What you need: Mini pumpkins and empty cans or plastic bottles.

  • How to play: Set up the cans or bottles like bowling pins. Kids roll the mini pumpkins to try and knock them down. It's a fun twist on regular bowling with a Halloween theme!

  1. Witch Hat Ring Toss

  • It would help if you had DIY witch hats (made from paper or store-bought) and rings (can be made from glow sticks or plastic rings).

  • How to play: Place the witch hats on the floor and have kids toss the rings, aiming to land them on the hats. The one who scores the most rings on hats wins!

  1. Ghost Pinata

  • What you need: A ghost-shaped pinata filled with candy.

  • How to play: Blindfold kids and let them take turns hitting the pinata until it breaks open and the candy spills out.  This is perfect for a sweet Halloween surprise!

  1. Pumpkin Patch Stomp

  • It would help to have Orange balloons (with little prizes inside) and a marker to draw pumpkin faces.

  • How to play: Blow the balloons and scatter them on the floor. Kids take turns stomping on the "pumpkins" to pop them and reveal the prizes!

  1. Pin the Nose on the Pumpkin

  • It would help to have A large pumpkin poster and paper cutouts of pumpkin noses (with tape on the back).

  • How to play: Blindfold the kids, spin them around, and have them try to stick their noses on the pumpkin. The closest nose wins!

  1. Spider Races

  • What you need: Plastic spiders and straws.

  • How to play: Mark a start and finish line on a table. Kids blow through the straw to race their plastic spiders to the finish line. It's a simple and hilarious game that tests their blowing skills!

  1. Mummy Wrap

  • What you need: Rolls of toilet paper.

  • How to play: Divide the kids into pairs. One child is the mummy, and the other is the wrapper. The team that wraps their "mummy" the fastest (without tearing the toilet paper) wins!

These games are easy to set up and fun to play. They keep kids entertained while adding a spooky vibe to any Halloween event.
